It turned out that our dear friends, Mitch and Jennifer Boult, were taking their children to Disney as well. Luck would have it that we were on the same flight to the most magical place on Earth. Anna and Katherine sat next to each other, while William and Caroline shared a row. It couldn't have been more perfect.
We really liked our hotel, The Contemporary. The main tower had been refurbished last year so our room was fantastic! And, you can't beat staying on the monorail line. It's so convenient to get to all of the parks.

Since Halloween was near, we decided to do "Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party." It allows you to stay in the parks until midnight (not to mention getting loads of candy). And stay we did! In fact, we closed down the parks two nights in a row! Our kids were machines. They never tired. It's so much fun now that Anna and William can ride on ALL the rides. And, it helps that both Anna and William are game for any (and all) types of rides. There are no limits. It's constant thrills the whole time.
Obviously, we all had a very good time and many wonderful memories were made. Don't be surprised if we go back very soon--it's true what they say, "It's where kids can be kids...and their parents can be too!"
I have no idea where the pictures are from this trip! When I find them, I'll post them. They're good...I promise!
